This can be performed with either Flash shift or Morph Ball. Usually when someone references this trick, they are referring to the Morph Ball version.

Morph Ball

This can be done on any wall. The most important application of this technique is during the Kraid fight, used to reach the magnet at the top of the room in Phase 2.

The inputs are as follows:

  • Wall jump while the stick is completely neutral
  • shortly after the Wall jump, press Morph Ball while also holding jump in order to increase your height
  • Once you have reached the peak of your Wall jump start holding left, unmorph and re-spin in a short window
  • Once you have reach the wall again, repeat this whole process

Example: Infinite Morph Wall Jumps

Flash Shift

This can be done on any wall. This is simply done by flash shifting back towards the wall after a wall jump, while the aieon gauge recharges you can stall by repeatedly wall jumping in a way that loses minimal height or switch over to Morph Wall jumps instead.
